A male entered the bank, passed a note to the teller and demanded money, police said. He left with an unknown amount of cash, police said. No one was injured.

Authorities suspect the same man robbed a PNC Bank branch March 31 at 2154 W. Madison St., Hyde said.

He is described as a 6-foot black man with a slim build. During Monday’s robbery, he wore a black jacket and pants. In last week’s robbery, he wore a red jacket, blue jeans and white shoes.

In both robberies, he wore a head covering and some sort of white bandage over part of his face, according to the FBI.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the FBI at (312) 421-6700.
