A bullet grazed the back of a 17-year-old boy’s head during a Near West Side shooting Sunday afternoon.

Shots rang out about 3:35 p.m. near the intersection of Warren and Hermitage, according to preliminary information from police.

He was listed in good condition at Rush University Medical Center, police said.
