Police are asking for help in the search for a 15-year-old girl, last seen Sunday near a church on the Far South Side.

Deja Taylor was last seen Sunday near the House of Hope Sale Baptist Church in the 11500 block of South Langley, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police. She is known to frequent the 1300 block of West 15th Street, police said.

She is described as a 5-foot-4, 150-pound black girl with brown eyes, brown hair and medium brown complexion. She was last seen wearing a turquoise jacket, turquoise flowered dress and pink stockings with black flat shoes.
