Two women shot during Back of the Yards party

Two women were shot early Sunday during a party in the Back of the Yards neighborhood on the South Side.

The women, both 25, were at the party about 2:50 a.m. in the 900 block of West 52nd Street when someone pulled out a handgun and opened fire, police said.

One woman was shot in the buttocks, while the other suffered a graze wound to the neck, police said. They were both taken in good condition to Stroger Hospital.
