A man was injured in a drive-by shooting early Sunday in the West Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side.
About 12:35 a.m., the 52-year-old man was walking down the street in the 900 block of West 116th Place when a vehicle approached and someone inside opened fire, police said. The vehicle then sped away.
He was shot in the leg and took himself to Little Company of Mary Hospital and Health Care Centers in Evergreen Park, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
