Man shot in Humboldt Park

A man was shot in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side Monday evening.

About 6:20 p.m., the 25-year-old was shot in the finger in the 3300 block of West Chicago, police said.

He took himself to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was listed in good condition, police said.
