A teenage boy was shot early Saturday in the North Side Irving Park neighborhood.

The 15-year-old walked into Swedish Covenant Hospital at 1:45 a.m. with a gunshot wound to his lower back, police said.

He was shot in the 4300 block of North Sacramento.

The teen, who is a documented gang member, is not cooperating with investigators, police said.
