A $1,000 reward is being offered to help police find the person who shattered a west suburban window with a BB gun earlier this month.

The incident happened about 6 p.m. May 3 at the home in the 100 block of Harbor Drive, in unincorporated Oswego, according to Kendall County Crime Stoppers.

Authorities believe someone shot the BB gun at the window, located on the rear of the home, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Kendall County Crime Stoppers at (630) 553-5999. Callers can remain anonymous and qualify for a reward up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest.
