Sporting News compiled a list of the 15 worst MLB managers over the last 30 years based on winning percentages over a minimum of two seasons.

Alan Trammell took the top spot with a .382 win percentage, including a 43-119 in 2003 with the Tigers.

Dale Sveum came in fifth for his 127-197 record during his two seasons with the Cubs.

No White Sox managers made the Top 15.
