A Bridgeport neighborhood man has been charged with sexually assaulting two girls, ages 11 and 16, police announced Friday.

Stephan J. Slezak, 60, faces one count of predatory criminal sexual assault of a victim younger than 13 and aggravated criminal sexual abuse of of a victim more than 5 years younger than him, both felonies, according to a statement from Chicago Police.

Slezak, of the 500 block of West 36th Street, was arrested after he was identified as the man who sexually assaulted the two girls on separate occasions, police said.

He was scheduled to appear in bond court Saturday.
