A 32-year-old man was shot and critically injured in a drive-by shooting early Sunday in theHumboldt Park neighborhoodon the West Side.

About 12:20 a.m., he was standing on a sidewalk in the 3800 block of West Hirsch when someone fired shots from a passing vehicle, police News Affairs Officer Amina Greer said.

The man was struck in the abdomen and taken to Stroger Hospital in critical condition, Greer said.

The woman, whose age is unknown, was located about 4:50 p.m. Monday in the 10700 block of South Edbrooke Avenue.
