Firefighters struck out a 2-11 Saturday morning blaze at a vacant apartment building in the Englewood neighborhood on the South Side.

Firefighters responded to the blaze about 7:15 a.m. near the intersection of Marquette and Union, Fire Media Affairs said. No injuries were reported and the fire was struck out about 25 minutes later.

An exact address of where the fire occurred, as well as additional details, were not available.
