SHARE Man shot, takes himself to Mount Sinai Hospital

A man who took himself to a hospital Monday morning told police he was shot in the North Lawndale neighborhood on the West Side.

The 22-year-old told investigators he was shot in the foot in the 3800 block of West Roosevelt about 11:30 p.m., police said.

He took himself to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was in good condition, police said.
