A 25-year-old man is in critical condition after a shooting Monday night in the Englewood neighborhood on the South Side.

The man was shot in the chest about 10:30 p.m. in the 6500 block of South Normal. Police said the man had gotten into an argument with another male earlier and that same person later returned and shot him.

He was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he is in critical condition.
