A man suffered a graze wound in a shooting Wednesday afternoon in the West Garfield Park neighborhood.

The 18-year-old was in an alley in the 200 block of North Pulaski at 1:40 p.m. when he saw a male with a gun and heard shots, police said.

He suffered a graze wound to the ankle and was listed in good condition at the scene.

Police said the man is a documented gang member.
