Man shot in Montclare

A man was shot Wednesday evening in the Montclare neighborhood on the Northwest Side.

About 6:50 p.m., the 25-year-old was shot in the foot in the 2500 block of North New England, police said.

He was taken to Our Lady of the Resurrection Medical Center, where his condition stabilized, police said.
