Man, 47, shot in Rogers Park

A man was shot Thursday in the Rogers Park neighborhood on the North Side.

The shooting happened in the 1300 block of West Pratt about noon, police said.

A 47-year-old man was shot in the abdomen and hand, and taken to Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston where his condition stabilized, police said.

Details on the circumstances of the shooting were not immediately available.
