A 73-year-old woman who had been missing since walking out of her Northwest Side Logan Square nursing home early Thursday has been found safely, police said.

Maria Ramos left the Woodbridge Nursing Home at 2242 N. Kedzie at 2:45 a.m. and did not return, according to a high-risk missing person alert from Chicago Police.

She has since been located safely and reunited with her family, police said Friday afternoon.
