A Loop bank was robbed Friday morning.

A man walked into the Chase Bank branch at 300 S. Michigan at 10:44 a.m. and demanded an unspecified amount of cash, according to the FBI, which described it as a “non-takeover robbery.”

The robber was a black man in his 20s or 30s, standing between 5-foot-11 and 6-foot-1 with a slender build, police said. He was wearing a baseball cap, sunglasses and a T-shirt.

Anyone with information should call the FBI at (312) 421-6700.
