Two men and a woman were wounded in a drive-by shooting in the Englewood neighborhood early Saturday.
About 12:20 a.m., a 31-year-old woman and 39-year-old man were in a vehicle talking to another man, 43, who was standing outside in the 6900 block of South Eggleston, police said.
A red sedan approached the three and someone inside opened fire, police said.
The 43-year-old was shot in the abdomen and taken to Saint Bernard Hospital in serious condition, police said. The woman was shot and also taken to Saint Bernard, but she was expected to be transferred to Stroger Hospital. Her condition had stabilized.
The other man suffered a graze wound to his buttocks and was taken to Saint Bernard in good condition, police said.
