Man shot in Auburn Gresham

A 20-year-old man was shot in the lower right leg Thursday evening in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood on the South Side.

The shooting happened about 6:30 p.m. in the 900 block of West 84th Street, police said.

He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where his condition stabilized, police said.
