A 23-year-old woman’s head was grazed by a bullet in a shooting Saturday afternoon in the South Side Chatham neighborhood.

She was standing on the street about 2:20 p.m. near 79th and Champlain when she heard shots and realized she had been grazed, police said.

She was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where her condition was stabilized, police said.
