The NBA will play a record amount of preseason games in non-NBA Canadian cities. Five teams including the Bulls will play in at least one game in either Montreal, Ottawa, Vancouver or Winnipeg.

The Bulls will play the Minnesota Timberwolves in Winnipeg on Oct. 10.

None of the players on the Bulls’ current roster are from Canada, but the Timberwolves have two — Andrew Wiggins and Anthony Bennett are from Toronto.

Wiggins and Bennett were both former No. 1 overall picks, and they have a large fan following in Canada.
