A 35-year-old man was found shot to death in the Washington Heights neighborhood on the South Side Monday night.

Kevin Ross was discovered about 7 p.m. the 9200 block of South Aberdeen, shot several times in the head and chest, according to police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

Ross, of the 9200 block of South May, was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn where he was pronounced dead at 7:52 p.m., according to the medical examiner’s office.

An autopsy found he died of multiple gunshot wounds and his death was ruled a homicide.
