A 15-year-old boy was grazed by a bullet Thursday night in the North Lawndale neighborhood on the West Side.

About 7:15 p.m., the teen was standing on a sidewalk in the 1300 block of South St. Louis when he heard gunshots and felt pain, police said. He then fled a block north, where police later found him.

The teen was being treated for a graze wound to the head at Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was in good condition.
