Two shot in Chatham

Two men were shot in the Chatham neighborhood Monday evening.

About 6:40 p.m., the two men were in the 700 block of East 92nd Street when two men in hooded sweatshirts walked out of a gangway and shot them, police said.

Both were taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in serious condition, police said. One man, 36, was shot in the left arm and left leg. The other man, 19, was shot in the abdomen.
