A man was shot and critically wounded Thursday night in the Englewood neighborhood on the South Side.

About 11:10 p.m., the 42-year-old was shot in the abdomen and leg by someone during an argument in the 6100 block of South Green, police said.

He was taken in critical condition to Stroger Hospital, police said.
