WASHINGTON – Democratic White House hopeful Hillary Clinton comes home for the second month in a row when she hits Chicago on June 23 for more presidential fundraising.

A morning reception will be hosted at the home of Molly and Bill Mahoney, who were major Obama presidential donors and fundraisers. Other Clinton events are likely to be added.

Clinton was in Chicago on May 19 and 20 for three fundraisers and a visit to an SEIU child care center.

The June Clinton visit will be discussed at a Tuesday call for the Illinois Finance Committee, which will also feature Kate Dowd, the Clinton campaign digital director.

A $2,700 contribution gets an individual in the reception; the event co-host and hosts will have to raise $27,000 and $50,000.

In an e-mail obtained by the Sun-Times, Clinton Illinois Finance Director Jeremy Hallahan told the “bundlers,” that is people who use their networks to raise money from other people, “for those of you who came to one of our last events, as you reach out to your networks please relay the intimate and welcoming setting these events provide.”
