Man shot in Auburn Gresham

A 35-year-old man is in serious condition after an early Sunday shooting in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood.

About 1:35 a.m., the man was shot in the lower abdomen in the 7700 block of South Racine, according to police.

He was taken to St. Bernard Hospital in serious condition.

Police added the man is a documented gang member.
