SHARE Police: Two armed robberies on same West Rogers Park block in two weeks

Police are cautioning North Side residents after a pair of armed robberies on the same block in West Rogers Park in a two weeks.

The robberies both happened in the 6600 block of North Campbell, first about 1:35 a.m. May 30 and again 12:30 a.m. June 14, according to a community alert from Chicago Police.

Three men with handguns walked up to people on the block and demanded their phones and cash, the alert said. Police do not have a detailed description of the subjects, other than that they are men thought to be between 18 and 28 years old and about 5-foot-10.
