After throwing just 26 pitches through two innings against the Los Angeles Dodgers, Cubs pitcher Tsuyoshi Wada left the game with cramping in his throwing shoulder.

Pitcher Travis Wood replaced Wada during the third inning.

Wood has a 4.42 ERA with 55 strikeouts this season.
