Kris Bryant snaps hitless streaks, gives Cubs lead

Cubs third baseman Kris Bryant hit a 2-run home run off Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Clayton Kershaw in the bottom of the third inning, and Cubs lead 2-1.

Bryant was 0-for-15 during the five-game road stint, and his ninth home run of the season snapped that hitless streak. The Cubs third baseman is now hitting .279 with a .380 OBP and 41 RBI.
