System of a Down, The Prodigy among new wave of bands added to Riot Fest lineup

Chicago’s Riot Fest & Carnival organizers today announced another wave of bands to play the festival Sept. 11-13 in Douglas Park. Bands include:System of a Down, The Prodigy, 88 Fingers Louie and Chef’s Special.
