A Wisconsin man arrested on charges of domestic battery Sunday is in even more trouble after north suburban police found numerous videos of child pornography on his cellphone, according to authorities.

Ricardo G. Garcia, 21, was arrested in the 1400 block of Sheridan Road in Winthrop Harbor after officers were called to a domestic battery, police said.

Police later found images and videos on his cellphone that depicted child pornography involving children under the age of 13, authorities said.

Garcia, a Kenosha resident, was charged with three counts of unlawful possession of child pornography, and one count of domestic battery, police said.

He was taken to the Lake County Jail pending a bond hearing.
