A man was shot in the West Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side Wednesday afternoon.

At 4:08 p.m., the 24-year-old was shot in the left hand and left leg in the 900 block of West 116th Place, police said.

He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where his condition stabilized, police said.
