Man shot in Marquette Park

A 21-year-old man was shot Thursday night in the Marquette Park neighborhood.

About 9:30 p.m., the man was shot in the ankle in the 6500 block of South Maplewood, police said.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he is in good condition.

Police added the man is a documented gang member.
