A man was injured in a possible drive-by shooting in the West Town neighborhood Monday afternoon.

The 23-year-old was shot in the hand in the 2200 block of West Walnut about 3 p.m., police said.

He was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition, police said.

Details were not immediately known.
