A man was shot Friday night in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The 25-year-old was wounded in a possible drive-by at 7:45 p.m. in the 1000 block of North Monticello, police said.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg and was in good condition, police said.

A source said he is a documented gang member.
