Video of a number of unidentified young men firing Roman candles and fireworks at eachother has gone viral after being posted to YouTube on June 3.

The incident happened at Western and Wilcox on the West Side. There were no reported injuries or arrests according to reports.

Lenny Gilmore, a photo editor at Red Eye, put a little more perspective on the scene:

Roman candle battle on Western Ave. in Chicago … between friends who all knew each other and grew up together. I did the same thing with my friends in the suburbs … No one got hurt and the police came and broke it up.
