A man killed in a suspected murder-suicide in the North Side Rogers Park neighborhood Wednesday has been identified.

Two men were found dead in a home in the 1500 block of West Chase about 4:50 p.m. Wednesday, police said.

Steven Delatorre, 45, suffered multiple gunshot wounds and his death was ruled a homicide, the Cook County medical examiner’s office said Friday.

Michael Bowers, 52, died from a gunshot wound to the head, and his death was ruled a suicide, the medical examiner’s office said previously.

Both men lived in the same block where the incident happened, and a police source said the deaths may have been domestic-related.
