Police are asking the public’s help in finding a 66-year-old man with dementia who has been missing from the Wicker Park neighborhood since Friday morning.
Efranin Vazquez is missing from the 2300 block of West Le Moyne and was last seen at 7:45 a.m., according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.
Vazquez has dementia, high blood pressure and kidney disease. He is also disabled and is on various medications, police said.
He is described as a 5-foot, 154-pound Hispanic man with brown eyes, black and gray hair and a medium complexion, police said. He was last seen wearing a gray polo T-shirt and dark brown shorts but had no socks or shoes.
He likes to ride CTA buses and trains and has an ID and a free bus card in his wallet, police said.
