Two teens were wounded in a drive-by shooting Saturday night in the South Side Back of the Yards neighborhood.

The boys, 15 and 18, were walking in the 1200 block of West 48th Street at 9:10 p.m. when a light-colored car pulled up and someone inside fired shots, police said.

Both victims were taken to Stroger Hospital, police said. The 18-year-old was shot in his abdomen and arm and is in critical condition. The 15-year-old was shot in the foot, and his condition has stabilized.

Both teens are documented gang members, according to a police source.
