Bulls guard Derrick Rose spends his time off during the offseason with his family, especially his son, P.J. A video was taken of Rose, P.J. and P.J.’s friends playing in the Rose’s back yard.

Rose’s son and his friends are seen trying to hit Derrick with a tree branch, and Derrick tries to avoid the whips in the jungle gym.

The Wall Street Journal reporter Chris Herring made an insensitive joke on Twitter about Rose’s health history, and how being hit with a stick can turn into an injury. Herring said:

Knowing Derrick’s injury history, the Bulls are probably gonna fine these kids for coming at him w a stick.

Rose doesn’t look to be hurt from playing with his kids, and the Bulls organization won’t fine anyone for this childish horse-playing.
