A man was stabbed during a party in the Pilsen neighborhood early Sunday on the Lower West Side.

About 4:45 a.m., the 20-year-old was stabbed in the abdomen when a fight broke out at the party in the 1800 block of South May, police said.

He was taken to University of Illinois Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said. He was expected to be transferred to Stroger Hospital.
