Beyonce may have learned a thing or two about promising too much when she announced in a “Good Morning America” teaser that she there was “something I have to share with everybody.”

Turns out, it wasn’t about her music career, any upcoming tour or even whether she and hubby Jay-Z were having another baby. Instead, it was all about her special vegan diet and a promotion for her 22-day regime — plus a vegan food delivery service run by personal trainer Marco Borges.

The reaction on social media was immediate as Twitter lit up with all kinds of sarcastic remarks — fueled by the already widely known fact that Beyonce and Jay-Z are vegetarians.

A typical comment was this one: “Beyonce really took to GMA to tell y’all she eats veggies. All of #BeyHive got caught with the mean pump fake. Ha!”
