A man and a 16-year-old boy were shot in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side Monday night.

The man, 19, and the teen were shot at 7:30 p.m. in the 2800 block of West Lexington, police said.

They were each shot in the leg and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition, police said.
