An intoxicated man walked into a Wicker Park hospital with a gunshot wound early Friday.

About 4:45 a.m., the 23-year-old walked into Presence Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center with a graze wound to his right hip, police said.

He told police that he was shot in the 1500 block of North Damen, but officers were not able to find a crime scene, police said. There were also no calls of shots fired from the busy three-way intersection all night.

His condition had stabilized early Friday, police said.
