A man who was crouching behind parked cars was charged with burglarizing several vehicles after police found stolen items in his possession early Friday in southwest suburban Oak Lawn, police said.

Police found 19-year-old Declan M. Moore about 4:10 a.m. in the 9800 block of South Tripp, according to a statement from Oak Lawn police.

Moore, of the 9700 block of South Avers in Evergreen Park, was charged with four counts of felony burglary to motor vehicle and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, police said. His bond was set at $50,000 Saturday.
