Bulls center Joakim Noah has put his Lincoln Park mansion on the market for $3.15 million, just one year after moving in.

Noah purchased the property for $2.85 million exactly one year ago — on July 14, 2014.

Here’s what the Redfin listing mentioned about the property at that time:
