Scottie Pippen is teaching his two sons that hard work pays off. The former Bulls star worked his way up from being the basketball manager at the Central Arkansas to being the fifth overall pick in the 1987 NBA Draft.

Pippen put his sons Scottie Jr. and Justin through workouts to get them ready for basketball season.
